yes it is. it is street legal and can use the jet while wtill using the regular transmission. the flame and fireball it creates is awesome. some engineer in cali. has suped up a scooter also.

This is the Jet Bettle! I think its the coolest car in the world. It has a jet on the back of it if you notice.
